Hilltop Regional Health Center is a four-story medical building with a four-level attached parking garage. The ground floor of the building includes a pharmacy, radiology, ultrasound, urgent care, exam rooms, laboratory space, restrooms and locker rooms. A large community meeting room/conference room with a kitchen and storage area is also included. The second story houses doctors offices, clinic staff operation offices, exam rooms, counseling area, minor procedures rooms, restrooms, conference rooms and waiting rooms. Two-thirds of the third floor houses a dental clinic and waiting room. The remainder of the space will provide for a specialty care clinic. The fourth floor is occupied with the information technology department, elevator machine room and storage area.
Exterior finishes include brick veneer; metal sliding and fiber cement sliding in accent areas; and a green screen for vertical plant materials. The four-level parking garage is approximately 90,000 square feel with 309 stalls and 8 handicap stalls.
