Bryce headshot - olderBryce Falkin is a licensed civil/structural engineer with an MBA from Seattle University. Bryce has both Owner Representative project management and design experience. Owner Representative projects include the Westminster Chapel expansion, US Health Works medical tenant improvement, and Washington Mutual Center. Bryce is detail oriented with specialties including: construction document review,

project budget development, project schedule development, contract negotiations, and design and construction coordination. Specific Building Design experience includes design and analysis of steel, concrete, timber and masonry structural systems as well as structural design of permanent retaining walls. He is also experienced in commercial and industrial plan review projects. With a master of business administration with a focus on finance from Seattle University Bryce brings a unique mix of hands on construction design and management with a deep understanding of project financing and has the ability to work through the most complex details of any transaction.
