Falkin Associates provided tenant construction management consulting services for the major interior renovation of an entire floor within the Wells Fargo building in downtown Seattle. The new space houses 34 private office and five conference rooms with all glass fronts and state of the art audio video, a large open collaboration are, café, and an amazing lobby.

Falkin Associates provided tenant construction management consulting services for the build-out of 40,000 + square foot interior construction for rapidly growing company located in the Schnitzer North Creek Campus in Bothell. Design and construction coordination along with A/V consulting and furniture procurement and logistics of a very complex multi-phase all staff relocation project.

Ignition Partners, Bellevue, WA

Falkin Associates provided tenant construction management consulting services for the major interior Ingintion Lobbyrenovation of and existing office interior in the heart of Bellevue. The tenant improvement build-out consisted of a major demolition effort, discovery of existing conditions, and new construction on an extremely tight schedule The new space houses 22 staff work stations, new furniture, DIRTT wall system conference rooms, cork flooring, floating wood ceiling element, and all new audio video.

Tamarac

tamarac small 1.jpgFalkin Associates provided tenant construction management consulting services for the tenant improvement build-out of new office space for Tamarac / Envestnet 14th floor of the Columbia Center. The space consisted of 24,000 square feet of new tenant space including office space, conference rooms, lobby, reception, staff areas, and break-out rooms. FA managed the completion of design, contract negotiations, construction, owner vendor and low voltage installation, as well as the furniture coordination and move.

Second Avenue Partners, Seattle, WA

Second Ave Partners 1Falkin Associates provided construction management consulting services for the tenant improvement build-out of new office space for Second Avenue Partners on the 28th floor of the Russell Investment Center. The space consisted of 12,000 square feet of new tenant space including office space, conference rooms, lobby, reception, staff areas, and break-out rooms. FA managed the completion of design, construction, owner vendor and low voltage installation, as well as the furniture coordination and move.
