Harlan Falkin is a certified construction manager and president of Falkin Associates since 1981. In addition to executive responsibilities as president of Falkin Associates, Harlan has experience in various building projects as Owner Representative, Tenant Representative, and Lender Representative. Specific Owner Representative responsibilities include design and construction team selection,project budget development, schedule development, design and construction coordination. Tenant Representative expertise includes high level project strategy, landlord negotiations, project financing advice and connections. Lender Representative experience includes construction document review for completeness, budget analysis, application for payment review and construction observation for conformance with contract documents.
