Scott has leadership experience in a broad spectrum of projects including the KEXP Tenant Improvement,John Howie Steak Tenant Improvement, Artisanal Brasserie Tenant Improvement, Future of Flight Aviation Center at Paine Field, the John Stanford Center for Education Excellence and the Sound Transit Tacoma Link Light Rail.
With a BS in Construction Management from the University of Washington, Scott has over ten years of project and construction management experience to lend to each project. Scott brings a unique perspective to projects due to his experience working as a general contractor; he understands the detailed inner-workings of the contractors. As an owner’s representative on large public projects for URS Scott gained the experience of how large scale projects are successfully managed and completed.
Since becoming Vice President at Falkin Associates in 2006, Scott has pulled strengths from both past work experiences to develop an effective and creative project delivery system for primarily private clients; completing tenant improvement, ground up construction, and renovation projects. The role with Lender Services at Falkin Associates is to be actively engaged with projects in the field and keep in constant communication with clients to ensure that Falkin products are staying ahead of the curve on client satisfaction while clearly delivering the information needed for project funding agencies to monitor progress and move forward with project financing with confidence. Scott is also actively engaged with the Department of Commerce in streamlining the onsite substantiation of Evergreen Sustainable Development Standards by bringing real time feedback to the decision makers and offering systems for improvement. Scott takes a leadership role with proactive communication, precise project analysis and the development of personal relationships with each client.
