The SVR is conveniently delivered to your email within a standard 72-hour business week turnaround from receipt of the request. Independent review of work in progress compared to the construction documents permits us to check compliance with design and to monitor job costs. Any changes that affect the value, and therefore, the loan underwriting are noted in our clear and concise narrative report.
