For lenders, Falkin Associates reduces lending risk by providing a Project Evaluation Report (PER), and monitors construction progress with monthly Site Visit Reports (SVR) . For owners and tenants, Falkin Associates provides hands-on owners representation and project management, expertly leading team assembly, design, permitting, construction, FF&E, move-in and start-up.  We also offer a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) for existing property sales and transactions.

The new Walton Lofts will be a 13-story apartment building with ground floor common spaces located at the SW corner of the Vine Street and Western Avenue in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. A total of 137 apartments units and 21/2 floors of underground parking with 70 automobile and 13 motorcycle parking stalls, and 76 bicycle parking spaces provided. Levels 2 through 12 will have residential living units and associated amenity spaces. Garden areas at the roof level will be included with ‘green roof’ areas, roof deck with pavers and planters, surrounded by metal guardrails. Street landscaping will be on Western and Vine frontages and additional green roof will be at Level 5 partial roof area.
