Our Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) identifies immediate and future repairs and replacement reserve schedules.

Our Owner Representation/ Project Management provides custom-tailored project management services to property or building owners.

Identifies lender risks and potential solutions with construction document and budget feasibility review

We provide a comprehensive review of work in place, plan conformance, schedule compliance, work quality, change orders and change order potential and contractor payment request review

Our Property Condition Assessment (PCA) reports provides stakeholders with a written report outlining the existing condition of a potential property, while highlighting any potential areas of concern

Owner Representation – Our owner representative consulting services includes various key tasks, throughout all phases of the design and construction process.
Strategy and Budget – Project strategy, including construction, design, technology, and furniture

Budget and Schedule Development – Development and implementation of project budgets to stay within established budget, as well as understanding the on-going costs of the project. We also develop project schedules which provide clear direction for team members and keep projects on schedule.
Permit Management – We help our clients understand which permits they need, and when they need them, expediting the project.
Team Building – Assist in identifying the industry professionals that you will need to complete the project and create scope documents, RFP’s and seek proposals to craft a team to manifest your dream interior space.

Contractor Selection – Assist in choosing the right general contractor to meet the needs of the project.
Construction – Detailed attention to the entire construction phase, including contractor
Equipment and Furnishings Procurement – We assist the ownership group understand equipment and furnishing that the have and plan to keep along with items that will need to be procuured and planned.
Move Management – We manage the entire process of planning, building, and moving your operation into your newly leased space.

Team Creation and contract negotiations – Where FA develops experts who would handle soliciting team members for the proposal, participating in contract negotiations.
Furniture Services – Full service and scope of design, selection, delivery, move, and payment for all furniture
Audio / Video Services – Establish a full range of Audio/Video services
Move Services – Coordination and tracking of all move-related items
Design Management – We help our clients bring their vision to life with our many years of exceptional design management. Our goal is to ensure that all aspects of the design process stay on-budget and on-schedule, delivering a final product the client loves.
