Falkin Associates is a third-generation, family-owned company based in Seattle. Falkin serves private clients, private agencies, businesses, banks, insurance companies, pension funds, brokers, investors, developers, religious organizations, non-profit foundations, educational organizations, corporate real estate divisions, cities, counties, and states.
Since 1976 we’ve consulted in the planning, due diligence, and implementation of real estate investments including lending and investment services. We provide acquisition due diligence, new construction control, full project management, tenant project management, and owner’s representative services.
