We inspect commercial and multifamily properties and provide a cost estimate of building mantenance items over a 5 to 20 year time span.

SCOPE OF WORK

Falkin Associates will review the existing property and provide a written report documenting the property’s existing condition based upon visually observable components of the property. No destructive investigation or testing will be performed:

 

  • Property visit
  • Review of the property grounds and building interior
  • Identification of urgent repairs and upcoming repair needs
  • Cost estimate 
  • Repair costs allocated over a 5 to 20 year time span

Working for the equity investor, Falkin Associates provided project feasibility analysis, plan and specification review, budget approval, construction monitoring, change order analysis and approval, contractor payment control and final completion review.
