405,000 sq. ft. new state-of-the-art automobile dealerships situated on a 2.6 acre site with 65 total service bays and 1,113 total parking stalls. The cast-in-place concrete structure is enclosed with a combination of glass, aluminum composite panels and pre-cast concrete. The project achieved LEED Gold with enhanced energy performance and utilizing local, recycled, and low-emitting materials.
