Falkin Associates represented the Construction Lender on this project. Acting as their subject matter expert and Construction Monitor, we kept the Lender up to date with monthly construction site visits and reported back to them with updated on Cost, Quality, and Schedule. A new office/research labs/ clinic facility will be built including 8 stories over an existing parking facility located on the corner of W. Mercer Street and Dexter Avenue in Seattle’s South Lake Union district. This research structure would be composed primarily of B occupancy laboratory spaces, clinic, auditorium and offices with a bridge connecting to Phase 3.1 at level 03. The courtyard space to the east of the building would consist of paving and planting areas..
