The Seattle City Attorney's Office hired Falkin Associates as their Owner's Representative to manage the process creating a new business office in the Columbia Center Building. The process included weekly meetings with City Attorney Pete Holmes and his building team, coodinating the design and permitting effort, competitive selection of the general contractor, managing the construction and owner furnished item installation. We managed the process from start to finish, realizing our clients vision while keeping the project on schedule and under budget.
