Gridiron Condos
Falkin Associates represented the Construction Lender on this project. Acting as their subject matter expert and Construction Monitor, we kept the Lender up to date with monthly construction site visits and reported back to them with updated on Cost, Quality, and Schedule. The new development for Gridiron is for a new mixed-use multi-family development that preserves the existing Seattle Plumbing Building at its base, providing restaurant space, on site parking and apartment units. The unreinforced masonry façade will be restored and 12 new stories will be constructed within and above with the existing building. Level 1-4 will be within the existing building walls and include a combination of parking, retail, and commercial uses. Level 5-11 will be residential units. On the rooftop (Level 12) there will be an outdoor landscaped terrace and enclosed amenity and service spaces.
