TUNE Tenant Improvement
TUNE is a rapidly growing tech company located in Seattle. This project had tight schedule constraints so that the office growth could keep up with their staff on-boarding. The Tech Office TI project included modifications to the historic Union Stables building to allow for the high ceilings and ample daylight to be highlighted while also allowing for a mix of private work areas, collaboration areas, common areas, and open office space.
