2401 3rd Avenue Mixed-Use Building
Falkin Associates represented the Construction Lender on this project. Acting as their subject matter expert and Construction Monitor, we kept the Lender up to date with monthly construction site visits and reported back to them with updated on Cost, Quality, and Schedule. Located at the northwest corner of 3rd Avenue and Battery Street, the new 2401 3rd Avenue development is 167,344 square feet and zoned DMR/R 125/65 (Downtown Mixed Residential). The development includes a 12-story building with 132 apartment units, ground level retail and residential lobby and three levels of underground parking for 73 vehicles. The mixed-use tower will occupy the entire site.
