Falkin Associates represented the Construction Lender on this project. Acting as their subject matter expert and Construction Monitor, we kept the Lender up to date with monthly construction site visits and reported back to them with updated on Cost, Quality, and Schedule. Russell Investments Center is a skyscraper in Seattle, Washington. After its completion, it was the largest skyscraper to mark the Downton Seattle in nearly 15 years, and is the city's sixth tallest building, at 182.18 m (597.7 ft), with 42 floors.
