Cummins Building

Falkin Associates represented the Construction Lender on this project. Acting as their subject matter expert and Construction Monitor, we kept the Lender up to date with monthly construction site visits and reported back to them with updated on Cost, Quality, and Schedule. The project was new construction of a single-story, 56,445 SF concrete tilt-up industrial building (vehicle maintenance facility) with related off- and on-site improvements. Site area encompasses approximately 9.87 acres. Interior build-out will include a 10,810 SF finished office area, an 8,935 SF parts and receiving area, a 3,400 SF quick service area and a 33,300 SF general service area. Site improvements include excavation and grading, wet and dry underground utilities, concrete curbs and sidewalks, concrete and asphalt paving and landscaping. Concrete paving dolly strips at the trailer parking as well as door aprons around the perimeter of the service building and the loading dock will be provided.
