  •  Participate in Pre-Bid meeting and tour
  • Serve as owner’s representative during the bid period and assist with responses to bidder questions prior to contract agreement
  • Assist in bid evaluations
  • Participate in pre-construction meetings as the owner’s representative
  • Review the contractor’s construction schedule and schedule of values
  • Assist in GMP or Lump Sum establishment and award of the Notice to Proceed
